The location

Our Hof Kleinbalken park is situated in the heart of the Bergisches Land. The region is characterised by low mountain ranges full of lush forest, sweeping meadows and idyllic valleys with bubbling streams. Dotting this picturesque landscape are numerous lakes and reservoirs. Also typical of the region are charming villages with half-timber houses and slate façades. Served in cosy restaurants, inns and beer gardens, the local cuisine features hearty and savoury dishes as well as the famous “Bergische Kaffeetafel” (coffee and snacks). The holiday park is located a short hop, skip and a jump from the city of Cologne and just an hour’s drive from the Ruhr Valley. The Bergisches Land boasts a plethora of leisure and recreation attractions, making it one of the most attractive destinations for holidaymakers and travellers in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The park

Hof Kleinbalken holiday park is located only about two kilometres off the A4 motorway, so it’s quick and easy to get to. Yet it’s also peaceful and picturesque – the perfect destination for a well-deserved weekend of relaxation. The park offers fully enclosed, garden-like plots for our permanent guests to park their caravan or mobile home. Here, you can feel free to plant flowers, grow your own vegetables or just relax and enjoy.

The amenities

Der Ferienpark Hof Kleinbalken bietet auf ca. 18,5 ha 350 feste Stellplätze. Alle Stellplätze sind mit Strom- und Wasserzählern versehen, die Mobilheime werden über eine Ringleitung mit Gas versorgt. Die Sanitäranlagen des Parks präsentieren sich gepflegt und einladend. Wir bieten Ihnen Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Nutzung an.

Activities at the park

A lovely covered playground is provided for children. And adults are invited to enjoy the fitness centre. The river valleys of the Bergisches Land region is known for fantastic hiking and cycling paths, and your tour starts right from the park. The winter season has its own attractions to offer as it transforms the landscape. Almost every year, conditions are perfect for walks in the snow and sledding. This is because Hof Kleinbalken sits at just the right elevation – about 200 m above sea level. For comparison: Cologne is about 50 m above sea level.

8,00 € pro qm

Die entstehenden Nebenkosten berechnen wir mit einer Jahrespauschale. In dieser Pauschale enthalten sind die Abfallgebühren, Verwaltungskosten etc. Die Verbrauchskosten wie Strom und Wasser/Abwasser rechnen wir jährlich nach Verbrauch ab. Für die Gasversorgung schließen Sie direkt bei der Westfalen AG einen Gasversorgungsvertrag ab
