The location
Emsfähre holiday park is located in Münsterland, close to the River Ems and the town of Rheine. A delightful destination for visitors, Rheine features a lovely pedestrian area with ample shopping opportunities, as well as countless historical buildings. On top of that, the Westphalian metropolis of Münster with its world-famous old city is less than an hour’s drive away. For those who prefer, the trip can also be made by bicycle – along a 50 km stretch of excellent cycling path.

Surrounded by breathtaking woodland scenery, not far from the Bockholter Mountains, Emsfähre is a little piece of heaven with lots to see and enjoy nearby.
Der Ferienpark Emsfähre bietet 100 feste Stellplätze für Mobilheime / Wochenendhäuser, die dauerhaft angemietet werden können. Alle Grundstücke werden mit Strom, und Wasser und Gas versorgt und sind mindestens 200 qm groß. Die Mobilheime / Wochenendhäuser dürfen laut Campingplatz- und Wochenendhausverordnung NRW höchstens eine Größe von 50 qm zzgl. einer überdachten Terrasse von 10 qm aufweisen.

Die entstehenden Nebenkosten berechnen wir mit einer Jahrespauschale. In dieser Pauschale enthalten sind die Abfallgebühren, Verwaltungskosten etc. Die Verbrauchskosten wie Strom, Wasser/Abwasser und Gas rechnen wir jährlich nach Verbrauch ab.
